Shipping |

Orders are shipped via UPS unless instructed otherwise; applicable shipping, insurance and COD charges will be added to invoice. Shipping will be F.O.B. our Valley Cottage, NY warehouse.

Backorders |
| If we are out of stock, we will back order the merchandise and ship at a later date unless instructed otherwise. |

Returns |
|
No merchandise should be returned without a Return Authorization Number. Returned merchandise is subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. unless instructed otherwise.

Order Eligibilty |
|
To place an order you must be a retailer with a Re-sale Certificate Number.
You will need to obtain a user ID and password in order to log into our shopping cart and place orders.

Minimum Order |

Minimum order amount is $150.00.
Please observe pre-pack requirements listed.
Orders less than the required minimum are subject to a $5.00 handling charge.

Credit Card payments for first time orders. Master Card,Visa & Amex Credit Cards are accepted.
To Open Account.- We only offer net 30 terms to customer after a credit information sheet has been submitted and approved by our credit department.
A late charge of 1 1/2% will be assessed each month on past due balances.
